Working Hours and Time Zones:
  • All roles are designated as full-time, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. You are expected to work within the time zone of the client, whether it be the UK, USA, Australia, or any other specified region.
Payment Processing:
  • All payments will be processed through Right Recruit and sent directly to you. Any attempt to contravene this process or request payment directly in disagreement with the contract terms will result in legal action and immediate termination.
Payment Schedule:
  • You will be paid between the 3rd and the 5th working day of each month. Right Recruit charges clients a monthly retainer from which your payment is derived.
Additional Hours and Compensation:
  • Working additional hours outside of the contracted 40 hours per week for self-improvement, meeting targets/deadlines, or other reasons will not result in additional payment within the monthly pay. Monthly pay is fixed based on the contracted hours.
Performance and Salary Reviews:
  • Your contract will outline pre-scheduled performance and salary reviews. Factors considered during these reviews include additional work/output, attendance, punctuality, organization, communication, and other traits deemed applicable by Right Recruit.
Contract Termination:
  • Termination of the contract can occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to breach of contract terms, unethical behavior, or performance-related issues. Right Recruit reserves the right to terminate the contract with or without cause.
  • As an employee, you are expected to maintain the confidentiality of client information and sensitive data. Breach of confidentiality may lead to termination and legal consequences.
Professional Development:
  • Right Recruit encourages professional development. However, any expenses associated with training, certification, or courses for self-improvement must be agreed upon in advance and may not be covered unless specified in the contract.
  • Effective communication is crucial for the success of the engagement. You are expected to maintain clear and prompt communication with both Right Recruit and the client.
Code of Conduct:
  • You are required to adhere to a professional code of conduct while representing Right Recruit and our clients. Any behavior that tarnishes the reputation of either entity may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
