1. Pricing:

– All pricing is based on the engagement of one qualified virtual assistant.
– The advertised price range is applicable to virtual assistants with entry-level experience up to two years.
– For full-time hires, assistants are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
– Staff members with more than two years of experience will be priced outside of the advertised rates.
– Emphasis is placed on hiring staff with degrees in their respective fields.

2. Staff Qualifications:

– Virtual assistants provided by Right Recruit are thoroughly vetted for competency.
– The advertised price range is applicable to virtual assistants with entry-level experience up to two years.

3. Performance Standards:

– Punctuality, attendance, and commitment of virtual assistants are rigorously tested to ensure consistent and reliable service.
– Proficiency in English is maintained at an excellent level, with a minimum score of 7/10.

4. Technical Requirements:

– Virtual assistants are equipped with a tried and tested internet connection to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
– Adequate electricity backup solutions are in place to prevent disruptions in service.

5. Client Responsibilities:

– Employers are required to provide essential communication tools such as VoIP and WhatsApp numbers specific to their country.
– Access to email and necessary applications or software tools integral to the employer’s business processes must be provided.

6. Security and Confidentiality:

– Right Recruit takes utmost care in ensuring the security and confidentiality of client information.
– Virtual assistants are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to safeguard sensitive data and information.

7. Termination of Engagement:

– Either party may terminate the engagement with a minimum notice period, as specified in the service agreement.
– Right Recruit reserves the right to terminate the engagement if there is a breach of terms or if the client engages in any unethical practices.
– In the event of termination by Right Recruit due to unethical practices or circumvention:
– The client is obligated to pay the full contracted amount upfront.
– This payment is required within a specified timeframe as outlined in the termination notice.
– If the employer wishes to terminate the employment contract outside of the 60-day cooling off period:
– There will be no refund of any upfront fees.
– A minimum of 50% of the agreed retainer fee for the outstanding amount of the contract will be due.

8. Training and Skill Development:

– The complimentary training period aims to enhance the skills of virtual assistants, aligning them with the client’s specific requirements.
– Continuous skill development is a priority to ensure virtual assistants remain proficient and adaptable.

9. Payment Terms:

– A commitment deposit of $200 is required to initiate the engagement process.
– Monthly payments are due in advance and should be made within the specified timeframe in the service agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution:

– In the event of disputes, both parties agree to enter good-faith negotiations to reach an amicable resolution.
– If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws governing the service agreement.

All payments will be collected in dollars and will be billed as a retainer fee. Throughout the term of the agreement, both the employee and employer are in contract with Right Recruit.

Right Recruit will check in monthly outside of the cooling off period, to attain progress.

In the initial recruitment period, Right Room will present up to five candidates for the employer to choose from.

There will be two interviews that will be held before finalisation of the hire.

The first is an initial interview to ascertain compatibility between employer and employee.

The second interview will be more of a competency based interview.

All interviews will be held on Google Meets.

Once hired, there is a 60 day cooling off period whereby we can replace the employee for free of charge.
